All Maniamania pieces are made to order and cannot be exchanged or returned for change of mind. If you would like to see the collection in person before making a purchase through the website, please make a time to view in our Sydney or New York offices, by contacting email@example.com or by visiting one of our stockists close to you, please see the list of locations here. We can also work with you closely over email with photographs and video clips of stones and the piece you are interested in to help assist with your purchase.
MANIAMANIA FINE JEWELLERY WARRANTY AND REPAIRS
Maniamania will repair any manufacturing fault at no cost within 1 year of the purchase date. It is your responsibility to ship and fully insure your jewellery to Maniamania. Manufacturing faults do not include:
- Wear and tear, including misshapen and dented rings
- Damage from negligence and improper care
- Work undertaken by other jewellers, including re-sizing
- Chipped, cracked or broken stones
- Broken chains
- Broken claws/prongs
We are happy to repair any damaged Maniamania Fine Jewellery pieces for a service fee. If you would like any of the above repairs made, we will assess the damage once we have the piece in hand, and will let you know the cost before proceeding. Any item that was purchased outside of the 1 year warranty period will be charged for repair/replacement and insured shipping. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with:

We will then let you know the shipping procedure for your item. If you have made your purchase through one of our stockists you will need to contact them directly. Our stockists can be found here.
We recommend you have your finger sized professionally before you purchase a ring - either in one of our showrooms in Sydney or New York, or by a local jeweller in your area. We work with US standard sizing but can help with conversions. However, a ring resizing service is available with a fee and a shipping cost to the customer. Please contact us with the purchase details, current size and what size you require and we will get back to you with a quote and timeline.
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard debit, Paypal and MANIAMANIA online gift cards. We offer customers to shop in AUD and USD, which is automatically adjusted by your IP address.
We work closely with our clients to create personalised interpretations of our designs. Please email us at email@example.com to discuss your options.
Maniamania Gift Cards can only be redeemed on www.themaniamania.com and are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Gift Cards not used within 12 months are forfeited and become void. To redeem the Gift Card enter the code during checkout in the field 'Gift Voucher'. If you would like to check the remaining amount on the Gift Card email firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line 'GIFT CARD REDEMPTION' and provide the Gift Card code.
All stones shown on our website are natural diamonds and gemstones. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see matches the item colour, as the display of colour depends, in part, upon the type of computer monitor used to observe the image.
All diamonds and gemstones are conflict-free and ethically sourced. We work with established diamond and gemstone dealers who are all members of AGTA and are GIA approved. Maniamania uses environmentally responsible procedures to source all of its materials. Maniamania’s suppliers are all in compliance with the United Nations resolutions with ethically sourced, conflict and devastation free precious stones and diamonds. Each piece of Maniamania's jewelry is handmade by skilled craftsmen in New York. Maniamania’s in-house production experts oversee all aspects of jewelry production, from sourcing to stone setting, to achieve the highest standards in quality and sustainability. Maniamania supports fair trade and strict labor and safety practices for all of its partnerships.
