Shipping .Maniamania Fine Jewellery items are made to order in Sydney, Australia - and will be delivered within 6-8 weeks depending on your location.

You can shop the rest of our IN STOCK NOW selection HERE. Size adjustments are possible on most items and we can offer this to you as needed, as a complimentary service.
AUSTRALIA: We use Australia Post Express for all orders within Australia. All Australian orders are shipped domestically and insured.
USA: We ship via UPS Parcel Pro and all orders are insured. All USA orders are shipped from within the USA.
REST OF THE WORLD: We ship via UPS, DHL or Fed Ex. All orders are insured and shipped from within the USA.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If you place an order to ship to a PO Box we will need to obtain an alternative address from you, which may cause delay in posting your item. We require a signature for delivery. Please make sure you select a safe delivery address you can trust, as we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen. If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
You will receive an email confirming your order. Your order will be shipped in a 6-8 week turnaround depending on your location, and you will be notified with a tracking number when your order has shipped.
Once your item has shipped, an email notification will be sent with a tracking number for the shipping company we have used for your item. If you have difficulty with this process please email email@example.com, with your name, contact number and invoice number.
Full Insured Delivery cost is $50 for Maniamania fine jewellery orders of one item, the delivery cost for multiple items is $75. This fee covers shipping and insurance and is only a portion of what it actually costs us.
Outside of Australia and the USA, International taxes and duties will be at the customer's cost. This amount is usually payable upon collection. You can check your average tax and duty rate with your local UPS, Fed Ex or post offices based on this and the retail cost of your item. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions regarding this. Please enquire with customs in your own location about the fees associated with duty/import of your purchase before you place your order. Certain countries have very strict regulations where if the customer refuses duties/taxes, your item could be destroyed. Maniamania is not liable for any items that are destroyed because of refusal to pay the duties/taxes by customer.
All pieces are packaged in black MANIAMANIA gift boxes and come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If a package does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within fourteen days from confirmation of dispatch. We will do everything we can to assist you if you wish to make an insurance claim. We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:
The item is seized by Customs or any other government agency.
The item is sent to a country where no postal or courier service exists.
The loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.
The loss or damage occurs after delivery.
The item was authorized to be sent without tracking.
